Access to quality healthcare in Brazil is a privilege enjoyed by few people: only 24.5% of Brazilians can pay for health insurance plans and avoid the overcrowded public health system. Unimed Volta Redonda realized the importance of re-discussing this scenario and proposed a challenge: how to expand access to health care sustainably? To answer this question, Marte Design proposed improving an existing product: Saúde Leve. Once a prepaid card, it was transformed into a fully digital experience for healthcare solutions, offering different purchase models, respecting financial flexibility, and providing comprehensive features for family care.
